Comfort, efficiency and convenience, all working together through one intelligent control system.

We can integrate our systems to work with a wide variety of heating and air conditioning systems, allowing different temperatures to be set for different parts of the house at different times of day.
For example, the bedroom and bathroom can be a cosy 22°C in the morning, the kitchen can sit at 18°C during the day, and the living room can rise to 21°C in the evening. At 10pm, the heating can automatically reduce to 17°C, so you are not wasting energy heating the house when everyone is in bed.
If you also have air conditioning, both systems can communicate properly so the cooling does not fight the radiators, with each system trying to achieve different temperatures.
Because everything runs through your home’s control system, actions can be linked together in a simple and logical way.
For example, setting the alarm when you leave can turn off the lights, switch off music and TV, and reduce the heating by 5°C until you return home.
This creates a home that is more comfortable to live in, easier to manage and more efficient to run.
Automated blinds and shades can also be integrated into the control system. For example, blinds can close automatically half an hour after sunset, then open again at 7am during the week and 8am at weekends.
This is easy to achieve with a properly designed control system, and schedules can be adjusted to suit how the house is actually used.
Blinds can even be wireless, using integrated batteries, allowing them to be retrofitted without the need to run cables through the property.
We can advise on the best solution for your property, whether you are starting from scratch or upgrading an existing home.
