When customer cannot use something on their system, it can be very frustrating. Since many of our services are based around iPhones and iPads, we have put together a short instructional video on how to use TeamViewer Quick support. This shows how to set up this app, which is available on the App Store. Once set up and configured, we can (with your permission) see you phone and help you through whatever issue you may be having. When done, you close the session and your phone is secure.
NB QuickSupport only allows us to view the screen, not to control it or install anything. You can close the session at any time if needed.
