RATES for home technology services
Callout rates depend on whether or not you are on a maintenance contract.
Maintenance Contract customers have access to remote support and monitoring plus reduced callout rates, which are available from 1 hour.
Non maintenance customers can book callouts as either 1/2 day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours).
If the callout requires a return visit, this will be done at the hourly rate, without a second callout charge.
